Yes. If a family’s financial circumstances deteriorate or if an error occurred during initial enumeration, cardholders can submit Form 8 (for category change) via the official WBPDS portal (wbpds.wb.gov.in) or at the local BDO / Food Inspector office with supporting income documentation.
