Use the official government links below to track your application on the Food & Supplies portal:
Track Form 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, or 14 using your 10/16-digit Application Form Number.
Track Application →Verify your current active status, FPS dealer mapping, and Aadhaar linkage.
Check Card Details →Choose which application form you submitted (e.g. Form 3 for new card, Form 4 for new family member, Form 5 for name/address correction).
Type the reference number printed on your receipt slip or received via SMS. Alternatively, select search by Registered Mobile Number.
Click the blue Search button. You will see a multi-step timeline: Form Submitted → Recommended by Inspector → Approved by Sub-Divisional Controller (SCFS) → Dispatched.
