Uploaded PDF and image files are stored in access-restricted private server directories inaccessible from the public web. Customer documents are strictly utilized for the sole purpose of manufacturing the physical PVC card ordered. Once printed, uploaded files are securely purged.
We collect full name, shipping address, mobile phone number, and email address solely to process payments, dispatch postal shipments, and transmit order status updates via SMS and WhatsApp.
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share any personal identity details or document contents with third-party advertising or marketing networks.
