Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancellation is requested before the document has entered the "Printing" production stage. Once printing has commenced, custom customized orders cannot be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that your PVC card arrives broken, physically damaged during transit, or has a printing defect attributable to our equipment, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof at support@printpvc.in. We will issue an expedited free reprint or a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
